At Flipr, we are committed to providing you with quality products for the management and optimization of your pool. We also understand that you can sometimes reconsider your purchase. Here is important information about the 14-day legal withdrawal right in France and the European area, in order to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience.

Consumer Code:

  1. Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code: This text specifies that the consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right to withdraw from a distance contract concluded at a distance, out of establishment, or following a telephone march, without having to justify reasons or pay to pay to priorities.
  1. Article L221-19 of the Consumer Code: It specifies the starting point of the withdrawal deadline, which may vary depending on the nature of the contract (good, service, digital content not provided on a material medium).
  2. Article L221-20 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code: These articles specify the modalities of exercise of the right of withdrawal, including the information that the seller must provide to the consumer, the effects of withdrawal, as well as exceptions to the right of withdrawal (for example, for customized assets, collectable assets, etc.).

Preable Agreement Required for Return

Before returning a product, it is imperative to contact our customer service for a prerequisite agreement. This step is crucial to ensure that your return is processed effectively and that you are guided through the return process. Time of withdrawal

The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the actual delivery date of your order, regardless of the date of issuance of the invoice.

Terms of Refund of Shipping Fees

Upon refund, we will refund the initial shipping costs up to the cost of the cheapest shipping option available when placing your order. If you have chosen a paid express shipping method when a less costly or free option was available, we will only refund the amount corresponding to that less costly option. This policy is put in place to promote economical and environmentally friendly delivery choices. In addition, if a free shipping option is available and you have opted for a paid delivery method, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Inspection and Refund Fees

Once we have received your returned product, it will go through a thorough inspection by our technical team. If we find that a remediation fee is required to return the product to Flipr's quality standards, these costs may be deducted from your refund. In some cases, these fees may represent up to 100% of the price of the product.

Return of products

The responsibility and cost of returning products rests with the customer, who must ship them to the address provided by our support service. The customer is fully responsible for sending and arriving at our logistics center. In case of loss of the product during transport, the right of withdrawal will not be considered valid, and no refund will be made. It will then be up to the customer to turn against the carrier of his choice to recover the product and send it to the correct address.

It is also the responsibility of the client to purchase shipping insurance if deemed necessary. In addition, the customer must ensure that the products are properly packaged to prevent any need for refurbishment fees, whether for the products themselves or their packaging.

If the products are shipped to an address different from that indicated by our support during the withdrawal process, an administrative fee of 50/TTC will be applied, provided that we can locate and redirect the products to the specified logistics centre.

In the event that a shipment is handled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it will be responsible for locating the product and resign it to the correct address indicated by our medium.

It is strictly forbidden to send products returned to the corporate headquarters of the company, as it does not function as a logistics centre. Returns must be addressed exclusively to the address specified by our support service, intended for product returns.

Identification

When returning products to Flipr as part of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, it is essential to follow certain instructions to ensure a prompt and efficient processing of your request. Here is the information to include imperatively with your return package:
  1. Clear identification: The package must clearly include your full name to help us quickly identify the return as being the suit.
  2. Order identification elements: Be sure to include all elements that can specifically identify your order. This includes, but is not limited to, the order number, the original invoice or a copy thereof, as well as any other documents received during purchase that could help trace specific details of the order.

Use of Consumables

The use of consumables, such as calibration kits included with our products, will reduce the amount of your refund. The cost of these items, indicated in our catalogue, will be deducted from your refund as they cannot be resold once used. For example, using a calibration kit will reduce the refund by 35€ TTC.

Calibration kits will be considered used until a calibration is recorded in our system, regardless of the state of return of the vials, whether empty or full. The use of these kits contaminates solutions, making them unsuitable for resale.

For other consumables, accessories or boxes, a deduction corresponding to the list rate of each item used may also be applied to your refund.

Deadline for refund

The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date of return of the products concerned. This period allows us to ensure that the returned product meets our return criteria and that any reclamation requirements have been properly assessed.

Method of payment

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used in the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree on a different means.
